About Edison Youth Sports

Edison Youth Sports is run by busy parents who volunteer to ensure our local youth have the opportunity to participate in completive interscholastic sports. We want each child to be a good teammate, player and well-rounded individual.

Starting September 1, 2025 each volunteer coach will be subject to a background screening. This screening will be free to all volunteers, we want to ensure all children are coached, mentored, and guided by volunteers with the players best interest in mind.

Offered Programs

*Co-Ed Tball for Youth ages 4-6

*Rec Travel Baseball for Youth ages 6-14, we participate in the FIB league which consist of local area schools

*Rec. Travel Softball for Youth ages 6-14, we participate in the North Coast Softball League which consist of local area schools

*Rec Travel Co-Ed Soccer for ages 8-14, we participate in the Lorain County Soccer League which consist of area schools.

*Cheerleading, we currently off game day cheer for grades 5 & 6. We cheer for our schools youth basketball teams

*Rec Travel Girls Basketball for grades 4-6. We play other local area schools.

*Rec Travel Boys Basketball for grades 4-6. We play other local area schools.
